Excuses, excuses...

I've been neglecting my posts, I know. I've been sidelined by a nasty flu something-or-other (NOT malaria!), and foolishly left all my half-written entries on my computer at work. Check back around Monday... there will be more.

P.S. My phone is horribly broken, and I'm not sure why. Hopefully I'll have that fixed tomorrow.

I'm sorry I missed you this morning! I slept in. I had a feeling you were sick, and that I'd miss you online if I stayed in bed this morning, but I didn't listen to it. Damn.

So your phone is broken. Is this why I haven't been able to connect to you? I've tried a few more times and I still get a message (when I can get through to Botswana) that the phone number isn't working.

Aha! Perhaps your sin of eating the local food has caught up with you - eating steaks indeed - maybe that steak was really elephant and the elephant's getting it's revenge via it's little partners.
T'was bound to happen - what do they call it in Botswana? Chaka Zulu's revenge isn't quite right.
Joking aside, we're sorry you've got a bug. Get better soon.

what are you saying, eff? is there some sort of link between our inability to fight off illness and disease and the contraction of said illness or disease?

I hope you feel better now!

(I know that's out of character, but I felt bad about all this nasty sarcasm you're getting.)

As to your phone, you bought it in Botswana. I don't think it needs a reason to break down.

(Eh, didn't last long.)
